The shingles shot was AWFUL!!!! 2 1/2 days of pain in the deltoid, sleep 10 hours for 2 days in a row, and then awake at night due to nausea and 2 episodes of vomiting, fevers, etc and I have to go through this again for the next booster???? UGH!!!! Dreading!!!!!

Well, good news and bad news. I got a call back from the Hospital team. My foot has an issue. (Hasta la vista to that other MD that has done nothing for my foot) and on to better MDs. Apparently the pain I’ve had since April 2nd 2020 ( 5 months suffering!! Do you see a pattern here?? I do) is actually due to a syndrome(?) that is seen with autoimmune and auto inflammatory diseases. This is bad.

However this may be good, now that I know we will soon treat it accordingly. I pray soon I will have no pain in the right foot.

I have had SO much pain on the outer side area of my foot although I also have pain on the top area too. It’s so pain when I walk. The notes I received via email, were a that I have syndrome called Calcaneus Enthesopathy. It has to do with Inflammation of the tendon and other issues.

It has a few different causes but having an “autoimmune disease” is one of them. (Can they ever say auto inflammatory disease? I mean seriously, we exist too)

I have an appointment a month away. But I hope I can squeeze in sooner.
