It is strange when you have zero pain and start to be a little worried.

I should not be paranoid about the good health. What a strange way to live and feel. Most people don’t wake up each day and wonder if this day will continue without pain or will the good streak of no pain end?
I must stay grateful and appreciate each day and not worry.
Stay healthy my friends

I acquired AOSD in 2008. I have suffered so terribly and have found ways to help me regain my life. This my personal journal of this mystery illness to diagnosis. I hope that I can help others with my experience and information.
I remember checking if I could get my thumb and index fingers around my wrists, as my wrists were so swollen with my flare. I find I still do that periodically when I am fatigued or particularly aching. I guess we just don’t take our good days for granted but sure enjoy them. So enjoy yours!!
Thank you sweet Patty💟 It is is strange how we immediately go back to a time when we were flaring and look at our unique symptoms that were tell tale signs. Whenever I get very fatigued and over tired (from pushing myself to limits that I know better) I immediately check my chest area below my right collar bone. This is always the area where the dragon sends a note of arrival, sort of like his personal calling card. I am relieved when I don’t see any rash and know immediately to calm down, sit down and stop doing so much.
Stay well friend 🙏🏻🌸
