Last night was a full flare. The rash is coming on now. My teeth chattered so hard and muscles shook. The evil visitors have arrived. The hard part is feeling the chills and freezing cold while drenching sweat all night. Sleep with a cotton robe. Put a towel on my pillow. Have extra 100% cotton towels ready. This is the only way.
