All was well until 2am
My dose of medrol is low. My MD thought we were catching this relapse in time, so he put me on a 1/4 of the usual dosage i usually start on when i begin a relapse. He said: 2 in the am & 2 in the pm. Well, guess what, all was fine for this past week, I even took the 5 Methotrexate pills on Sunday evening, as ordered. And still, last night, woke up with chills, fever at 101.2, horrendous rash, swollen glands, painful ribs, shoulders and hips. I crawled out of bed crying, going to the closet to put on sweat pants, a sweat shirt and thick socks. I could barely lift my arms, it was the crying out in severe pain that woke up my husband, standing there shaking trying to get dressed he held me to comfort me and help stop stop the shaking legs that could barely keep me up. The only thing I have not had, thank goodness is drenching sweats. Please Lord, keep me from the drenching sweats. This is the part that I can not tolerate. I pray.
