2nd day on steroids. I have not slept in 48 hours. Well, I guess if you count 3 hours last night between 2 am and 5 am sleeping, then I guess I slept. I took my dose of steroids this am again and I am revved up again for the day. The problem is the evening dose keeps me awake. Last night the full cap of NyQuil kept me awake for some odd reason. It has always been my rescue when I go back on steroids, but last night, it let me down ( or rather let me up). I kept popping out of bed, felt like my legs needed to run. I should have taken jogging back up last night. Disturbingly, my rash is terrible this morning. Usually it is way gone by 8 am. I have slight fever. I am guessing, Im getting good at guessing my temp right on the dot. I fell like I am 100 degrees. I will check in a moment. But really I need to get to work. Thank goodness I have a great dept supervisor who undertssands my situation.
