Remission
I have been doing well. I don’t have any pain, I don’t have any fevers. I occasionally have sore joints in my hands when I wake up in the morning. They feel stiff and thick, and the soles of my feet feel tender (?). Strange. But other than these minor irritating things, I feel normal, almost as i I had never been sick at all. The only other thing is a lower endurance than I used to have. I still can’t fly up 6 flights of stairs the way I used to. I remember last year, before I was sick, I would climb 6 flights of stairs 4 times a day without even breathing hard. It will take time. I know this. I am grateful for things I used to take for granted. Life is wonderful ! I am back at work, and I have found a new avenue that is very rewarding. The stars line up a certain way for a reason.

I acquired AOSD in 2008. I have suffered so terribly and have found ways to help me regain my life. This my personal journal of this mystery illness to diagnosis. I hope that I can help others with my experience and information.
