I’ve been meaning to write in my blog to document my progress. Today I am too weak to go into detail of the surgery I had a few months ago.

I’m feeling tremendous fatigue today. I took a covid test and it came back positive. I felt so normal yesterday. I washed two horses, rode my indoor stationary bike, due to its 114 here in Phoenix, Az. I went grocery shopping and made dinner. Just a normal day.

Then, at 2am I woke up with constant sneezing, coughing, chills, body shaking and awful aches all over.

I took a covid test at 9am. UGH. Positive.

I’m wondering if I should ask for a prescription for the antiviral Plaxlovid.

I feel so sick. I was able to avoid getting CoVid all this time. I do have one shot. But due to my severe adverse reaction to the CoVid vaccine, I have not been allowed to get anymore. So, I have been walking around feeling unprotected for many months.

I will write in detail about the surgery. Too much to go into right now.

Trying to get some rest and drink lots of fluids and eat a little.

I am hoping this illness passes quickly. Trying to stay mindful and calm and accepting of the situation to avoid taxing my system unnecessarily.
